From the Artist :
Much of life is shaped by circumstances beyond our control. Some of us are fortunate to be born into supportive families, to have opportunities, good health and loving relationships, or simply to find ourselves in the right place at the right time. We may call it good fortune, chance or God’s grace. Life’s Lucky Strokes reflects on those unexpected turns that make our lives a little kinder and more fortunate. Yet good fortune also carries a responsibility—to recognise those who have not been as fortunate and, whenever we can, to make their journey a little easier. This original artwork is a reflection on gratitude, compassion and the choices we make with the good fortune that comes our way. Perhaps the most meaningful stroke of luck is the opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life.
