Acquiring an Original Painting

If you are reading this page, it means that one of my paintings has caught your attention. That is always a deeply humbling moment for me.
Whether this is your first original painting or one of many in your collection, I want the experience of acquiring it to be thoughtful, transparent and deeply personal.
This guide explains every step of that journey—from the moment you reserve a painting until it arrives safely at your home. I personally oversee every stage of the process to ensure that your experience is simple, transparent and enjoyable.
Throughout the process, I remain available to answer your questions and keep you informed.
Reserving & Confirming a Painting
When you click Reserve, the artwork is temporarily held exclusively for you while we complete the purchase process.
Shortly afterwards, I will contact you personally to confirm your reservation and request your delivery address.
Once I receive your address, I obtain an accurate shipping quotation from my shipping partner so that you know the complete cost before making any payment.
Payment
Once the shipping quotation has been confirmed, I will send you a complete summary including:
- Price of the painting
- Shipping charges
- Applicable taxes, custom duties where relevant
- Total amount payable
Payment may be made through secure bank transfer, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, international wire transfer or other mutually convenient methods.
I will begin preparing the artwork for shipment after the payment has been received.
Preparing Your Shipment
This is one of my favourite parts of the process.
Before every painting leaves my studio, I spend time inspecting it carefully, signing the Certificate of Authenticity and preparing it for its journey.
Every artwork is packed using professional materials intended for the safe transportation of fine art.
The package you receive will include:
- Your original painting packed in a tube roll
- A hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity
- Protective packaging suitable for fine art transportation
While framing of the painting is the collector’s responsibility, I am more than happy to provide recommendations.
After dispatch, I will share the courier details and tracking information so that you may follow its journey until it reaches you.
